Employment at Community Referral Agency:

Community Referral Agency has 14 staff members.  These positions include 7 full time staff:  Child & Youth Advocate, Shelter Manager/In House Case Manager, Polk County Outreach Advocate, Polk County Sexual Assault Advocate, Burnett County Outreach Advocate, Barron County Sexual Assault Advocate, Night/Weekend Advocate and the Executive Director.  The balance of staff consists of 7 part-time positions including three Night /Weekend staff, and the Development Director.  CRA’s Development Director also acts as our Volunteer Coordinator.
